The Market Access and Reimbursement Manager will be in the front line of engagement with institutions and local healthcare system stakeholders （payers, institutions and external stakeholders） to disseminate generated evidence and communicate a differentiated value proposition. Initiatives include relevant fee－for－service reimbursement, alternative payment models for clinical procedures and interventions, evidence requirements, and policies impacting the delivery of care within the Japan market.
■About the role
As a Market Access Manager for the ASEAN ＆ Pacific market, you will drive the commercial success of local market access by proactive engagement with institutions, healthcare system partners （payers, institutions, and external stakeholders） to disseminate generated evidence and communicate a differentiated value proposition. Initiatives include relevant fee－for－service reimbursement, alternative payment models for clinical procedures and interventions, evidence requirements, and policies impacting the delivery of care. Working cross－functionally within the internal corporate environment such as the Center of Excellence team （CoE）, Government Affairs, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Commercial, Sales, and Marketing colleagues to coordinate all relevant market access activities with these groups.
■You are responsible for
Providing input and aligning with local stakeholders for the development of clinical and economic value propositions for each of the proposed products and solutions.
Serving as the market access subject matter authority advising on local regulations, needs, trends, and other market developments in close collaboration with the marketing strategy team.
Being a point of contact for market access and reimbursement data, such as （in－ and outpatient） reimbursement as well as code（s） and coverage information from available databases across the ASEAN ＆ Pacific market.
Crafting both strategic and tactical recommendations to the local teams to adapt to changing market access requirements and ensure successful market access across the ASEAN ＆ Pacific market.
When appropriate, collaborating with customers and/or partners, government agencies, healthcare decision－makers, academics, and other broad external stakeholder groups.
Coordinating with other Market Access team members （global and local） to use the knowledge on product value propositions as well as evidence plans
Being in the front line with institutions and healthcare system stakeholders （e.g. local administrations, payers, decision－makers）.
Representing our company via the trade association and the health care manufacturers groups actions.
■You are a part of
A role in the market organization, in which you will work closely together with local stakeholders to drive a wide range of innovative health technology projects across the ASEAN ＆ Pacific market. Moreover, you are an integral part of the larger Market Access and Reimbursement CoE team within the Chief Medical Office （part of the Innovation ＆ Strategy group） and you will report into the Global Head of Market Access and Reimbursement CoE.

【必須（MUST）】Ideally, you should have the following skills and experience
－Bachelor's degree required; Master's/advanced degree preferred.
－At least 2－5 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical/biotech, medical devices, healthcare management, consulting, and/or strategic planning required.
－Proven knowledge of payer decision－making, coverage, coding, and payment for medical devices for both private and public payers.
－Experience in obtaining inpatient－ and outpatient reimbursement tariffs as well as cost information from public databases.
Knowledge of reimbursements systems in ASEAN ＆ Pacific countries, including coding and coverage policies, and where applicable, value－based payment systems.
－Strong interpersonal skills that include verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
－Proven problem－solving capabilities.
－Outstanding consultative and networking capabilities.
－Ability to expertly negotiate in tough situations with both internal and external groups and stakeholders.
－Understanding of organizational behavior, corporate culture and be able to thrive in a complex and rapidly evolving workplace.
