仕事内容 About Roles

We seek for Support Engineer to support Business Integrator role for MDU-J & MA area (Research & Development) to consult implementing any external digital solutions as well as to deliver global and local inhouse IT/Digital capabilities.

MDU-J (Medicines Development Unit Japan) and MA (Medical Affairs) are the second biggest organization in client, who have strong pipelines for new drug submissions and customer communications for appropriate use.



The Business Integrator owns business engagement with MDU-J & MA leaderships. Meet the current regulation, system life cycle management, security and continue to drive local productivity leveraging digital platform and Automation. Furthermore, this position involves a high degree of exposure while working with global client’s technical team, related regulatory authorities, and internal / external customers.



Role and Responsibilities

-Business Integrator Support for MDU-J & MA (MD&MA-IDS):

Understand high level business goal, catch up related industrial knowledge and vocabularies up to speed
Analyze Business Case (clarifying issues on current business process, suggesting for improvements, estimating required resources and cost, then ROI)
Bring the planned projects to the required governances, getting alignment from stakeholders, and proceeding vendor / solution assessments
Collaborate with other IDS teams effectively


-General:

Ensure conformance of solutions implemented to company standards and policies (e.g. Computer Systems Quality)
Ensure all new equipment is installed and qualified in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
Ensure that existing systems are upgraded and maintained in a qualified state.
Complete duties in compliance with the Company’s Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
Comply with the Company’s HR Policies and Code of Business Conduct.
Provide regular feedback on communication issues and service improvements.
応募資格

【歓迎(WANT)】

Experience - Essential

Native level of Japanese and English Middle level (Reading and Writing skill are mandatory)
Strong learning agility with intellectual curiosity, external perspective, and innovation interest
Good communication skills, verbal and written in Japanese / written in English.
Experience of managing/coordinating technical projects.
Strong self-management and team-working skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure success of activities in a collaborative relationship with employees/customers and service providers.


Experience - Desirable

Project Management Skill
Experience working for pharma or health care industry
Locate in Kansai area in the future, but recent communication is “virtual” (Online) under COVID-19 situation
Technical knowledge for AWS / Web application (HTML5, Heroku) / Mobile Apps / OCR / RPA / AI
Basic business knowledge for ROI assessment, Business Case analysis, Business Process Re-engineering
