【Roles & Responsibilities】 ・Develop and drive the company’s cross-border marketing strategy with a focus on Asia, targeting Chinese domestic consumers and Chinese tourists ・Work closely with Global Headquarters Stake Holders, the Travel Retail team, and APAC representatives (incl. Japan) to prepare and execute the marketing strategies ・Manage deliverables of marketing teams and overall business achievements, while providing guidelines to them from the corporate strategy perspective ・Coordinate surveys with the dedicated research team and provide input to the management team and local teams on Chinese markets and consumer behaviors ・Develop relationships with online (e-commerce) and/or off-line retailers that are growing across regions to identify new opportunities and provide marketing leadership together ・Contribute to special projects as needed |
応募資格 |
【必須(MUST)】 ・Minimum 3 to 5+ years’ marketing experience in cosmetics/beauty/consumer goods industry and/or Travel Retail or equivalent・Demonstrate a keen understanding for Chinese markets and consumers ・Hands-on skills with a proven track record of working on a deadline ・Exceptional organizational and project management skills ・Manage multiple priorities with many stakeholders ・Strong teamwork and excellent communication skills ・A desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment 【歓迎(WANT)】 ・Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a technical or relevant field of study・Experience with social media, search engine optimization, content platforms and marketing ・Familiar with industry-leading marketing tools for both online & offline ・Chinese writing and verbal skills (native level or business level) |
