This role will be the first person in Operations focused HR in Japan.
You will be responsible for designing and setting up all HR systems and practices , of course you will work closely with the international HQ to ensure alignment.
You will be responsible for , creating work rules , selecting and implementing payroll vendor, designing compensation and benefits strategy and other HR practices relevant to the current business situation. This is an operations focused HR generalist role.
