This is a HR Manager （Standalone） position:
Lead all HR activities and manage each area in Japan and externally.
Handle recruitment needs, Performance Management, training and Development, C＆B, Office Management and internal processes and Talent Management / Development.
Labor management will include; Mobility matters, Social Securities, Benefits, Contractual management.
Would work both Operational and Strategic HR.
Help drive the business towards IPO
【必須（MUST）】Someone who has strong HR experience, ideally in a start up environment.
Fluent in Japanese and Business English （Overseas communications）.
【歓迎（WANT）】Experience in preparing company IPO
