We are recruiting for more end－user technology engineers in Japan.
End－user technology engineers are required to respond flexibly and quickly to IT support requests from internal users. It is also required to judge the usage environment of each user and prioritize them.
Support is available from each site in Japan for inquiries about hardware or software such as Dell desktop/laptop, Mac, iPhone, Android, Zoom conferencing system, and Cisco VoIP phones.
Inquiries are managed by the system, and in order to resolve inquiries in a short period of time, we also carry out escalation to relevant domestic and overseas IT departments and （if necessary） team managers.
It is expected to actively act, create and promote processes, improve IT efficiency, promote various projects, and educate internal users on how to use the system.
The system is always state－of－the－art and continuously updated, so you can stay in touch with the latest end－user technology and stay up－to－date with the latest skills.
Large Multinational Data center company that is looking for a member to join the EUS team.
The company has between 500 － 1000 users in Japan and the EUS is one of 3.

Experience ＆ Skill 求められる経験・スキル等
・Problem isolation and troubleshooting experience （5 years or more） for any failure of Windows 10, Mac OSX, Microsoft Office 365, Zoom Meeting, Zoom room system and other in－house application software.
Experience with image creation, configuration, upgrade, and repair of desktop and laptop PCs
・Experience managing and maintaining iPhone and Android phones/tablets with Intune
・Completed experience of assigned desktop and telecom related projects （software and hardware installation, office move, IT license audit, etc.）.
・Multi－site remote or on－site support experience in Japan
・Reading and writing in Japanese and oral communication skills
・Reading and writing in English and oral communication skills
・Experience providing IT support from the user's perspective
Preferential treatment/welcome requirements
· Advanced expertise in Windows 10, Mac OSX, and Office 365
・Office 365 / Exchange 2016 management experience
・Basic Powershell command operation experience
· Basic experience with Microsoft System Center
・Experience installing and supporting AV equipment at in－house events
・Jamf operation experience
・Experience building a Windows/Linux server
· System administration, understanding of basic network and VoIP concepts
・Over 5 years of experience, especially IT help desk experience focusing on users
・Bachelor's degree in computer science or MIS or equivalent work experience
・Directivity that is well－organized and emphasizes delivery time and results
・Strong customer service orientation
