The candidate will be mainly responsible for providing HR services to designated key divisions as a Business Partner.
－ Candidate should have experience with supporting business partner providing professional HR services especially actions to enhance organization capability such as talent development, implementing training program, supporting to keep high organization engagement level.
－ In addition to the above responsibilities, the candidate will be responsible for providing additional professional HR services to his/her clients to enhance their organization capabilities.
－ Also, the candidate will be responsible for hiring mid－career, new grads and temporary staff based on the requirement from hiring managers.
－A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR functions, experience with HR Business Partner roles is desirable －Development training program for managers and/or associates －Plan and execute of talent acquisition
－ Completely recognize the roles and responsibilities of HR functions
