Key Responsibilities · Owning the P＆L of a high－growth business · Developing and implementing the product expansion strategy · Creating and executing the business development strategy that includes strategic partner acquisition and management · Creating a localized user and customer experience as required · Influencing the product roadmap and overseeing lifecycle management of your initiatives · Working cross－functionally with JP retail and Operations leadership on joint initiatives to drive and optimize the business · Owning the business results and taking corrective actions to ensure that overall business goals are met or exceeded · Partnering with Operations to help ensure operational excellence across the production centers · Working closely with US Product and Tech teams to align on business requirements and prioritize work to launch new features · Becoming the subject matter expert on all aspects of your business. Providing regular written updates for MBRs and/or QBRs. Serving as the voice for your business in WBRs and QBRs. The ideal candidate A bi－lingual （English and Japanese） business leader with a product management background who can work effectively with internal stakeholders and supporting teams as well as external partners. He or she will have sound business judgment, a strong track record of ownership and delivering results, and excellent relationship－management skills. |
| 応募資格 |
【歓迎（WANT）】 · BA or equivalent· 5－7 years of work experience in product management, category management, consulting, or general business management · An understanding of and passion for e－commerce · Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese · Proven negotiation skills · Strong numerical and analytical aptitude · Proven experience leading cross－functional teams and projects · Ability to think and react in a high－energy, fast－paced environment · Technical aptitude and ability to learn web－based tools · Innovative team player with a desire to work in a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities · An MBA · A background in the apparel, merchandising, and/or print－on－demand industry · Experience in production and sourcing |
