－ Conduct and lead implementation of new EC local operation site as a project manager.
－ Develop ＆ execute successful implementation plan for new EC business in Japan and enhance the sale.
－ Set up initiatives to drive the EC meets its business requirements.
－ Monitor the site daily business for smooth operation and opportunities to improve sales and our customer’s digital experience.
－ Plan ＆ execute the site updating and maintenance to attract and provide the best possible ecommerce experience to our customer.
－ Organize and manage various online promotions, including advertisement plan, to improve and maximize sales along with MD plan.
－ Work closely with APAC / local brand team and coordinate cross－functional promotion activities and lead vendor relationships that impact the sales and customers relationship with the brand site engagement.
－ Review sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results.
－ Provide a good working relationship / environment for EC site operation staff to create a solid team.
【必須（MUST）】－ 5＋ years of experience in omni Channel Management Experiences
－ Fashion/retail industry experience is a plus.
