searching for an experienced HR Generalist to join as a Site Lead for our Kawasaki/Tokyo Office. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR Professional with deep HR generalist acumen, knowledge of local labor laws and employee relations practices. Knowledge of IT or High－Tech Industry would be nice to have but not absolutely required. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic, flexible and agile environment.

We lead the planning and implementation of high－value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. We’re also trusted to advise company leaders on HR policy and programs, recommending decisions in line with the company’s strategic direction.
Implements site RHR solutions, and practices.
Manages image while dealing with the external community on HR related matters. Monitors local labor relations, attrition ＆ engagement trends.
Business strategy Enabler
Partner with HRBPs and COEs for appropriate design and execution of business requirements, ensuring legal and infrastructure compliance
Coordinate the local delivery and execution of workforce transitions （e.g. acquisitions, MSDs, WFR etc.）
Has strong knowledge of local regulations and policies
Provides inputs to HRBPs and COEs to ensure local compliance for global programs or actions with support from the senior RHR team members.
Represents on external labor associations
Ensures adherence to local governance policies
Implement labor relations strategies
Supports relationships with employee representative bodies
Determine leadership readiness ＆ training needs for local requirements
Support initiatives to position as a Great Place to Work
Help provide solutions for end to end customer experience
Help Implement/execute HR Services annual initiatives/programs
Adapts and learns new/redesigned processes/tools or technology changes.
Manage day－to－day escalations regarding team members, employment issues and crisis management
Management Services. Help provide feedback from the ground that will help strength the management services delivery
8－10 years of experience in HR Generalist field
Familiar with a variety of HR functions, practices, and procedures.
Closely partners with senior HR leaders in leading the site
Ability to recommend decisions in a timely manner
Deliver on delegated work assignments
Strong and effective verbal and written communication
Ability to collaborate and recommend options and relate sensitively to issues
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Native Japanese Level ＆ Fluent English－ MANDATORY
