Manage the Finance and IT functions across all business locations in Japan, in line with company policies, developing appropriate local procedures and processes to meet business requirements.
Add value to business through providing appropriate systems ＆ procedures and financial information with appropriate analysis to management and other departments.
As a member of the company’s Senior Management Team, participate in the development of the company’s strategic business plans and objectives and share responsibility for the general management of the company.
Provide financial advice to President and other Senior Management members, to facilitate effective management.
Report monthly and annual financial related reports to the local managements, North East Asia managements and Global Finance
Develop local fax strategies with the Regional tax team, and be responsible for the local taxes （corporate, consumption, taxes etc） filings and also the tax audits from tax authorities.
Ensure cash management through credit control policy which minimises bad debts and working capital without jeopardising sales opportunities.
Design and implement financial policies, systems and procedures to produce statutory and management accounts in line with corporate and local professional, fiscal and legal requirements.
Design local capex policy and practices, in line with corporate requirements.
Develop financial budget and periodical financial forecasts with management team and oversee budget compilation, preparation of forecasts to monitor performance, advice on cost controls and actions required to correct variances.
【必須（MUST）】Over 10 years of experience in all aspects of finance, costing and accounting in a medium size company
Over 5 years of experience with computerized ERP systems essential
Over 5 years of experience in managing a small team
