|部署・役職名||Regional Content Marketing Specialist|
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to create, curate and distribute relevant and compelling content in a consistent fashion to targeted buyer personas, focusing on all stages of the buying journey, from brand awareness through to brand evangelism. You will work closely with subject matter experts, channel experts, editors, writers, partners and external resources to plan, evaluate and commission new content ideas and solicit and share both global and local insights to empower campaign teams with high－performing content. The resulting offers should drive reach, engagement, sentiment, conversion, education and commitment from target buyers and customers.
Develop content strategies and track appropriate success metrics, goals and budgets.
Collaborate on the development of editorial content calendars.
Influence processes to ensure content development is completed in a manner that optimizes both efficiency and quality.
Implement best practices for content creation, reuse and optimization via internal resources and external vendors/agencies.
Manage translation budgets and translation process （vendors, translation management systems）
Drive content story arc/narrative development for each initiative campaign, as well as across all initiatives based on sanctioned messaging.
Maintain an ongoing inventory/audit of content relevant to key initiatives and conducts periodic competitive audits.
Build gap analysis and content plan for creation/commissioning of new content to fill gaps along the customer journey.
Evaluate existing assets according to agreed－upon content criteria to propose whether they need to be retired, repurposed or revamped for continued use.

Minimum 5 years of successful track record of content planning and developing content strategies to drive integrated digital campaigns and projects to support lead generation objectives in a multi－matrix B2B APAC environment
Flexibility in conferencing with global counterparts in different time zones.
Fluency in English and an Asian language （Chinese Mandarin and/or Japanese）.
