Partner with front line managers, HR team to solve employee/ manager cases effectively
Provide management coaching to front line managers and senior leaders.
Regularly investigate the current process and metrics and improve the process and guidance for better employee experience
Lead HR projects and key initiatives with global / local HR teams
Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests
Diagnose problems and identify and drive appropriate solutions in the long term. Act as a role model to foster our dynamic and inclusive culture
【歓迎（WANT）】Candidate should have at least 5＋ years of experience in an HR business partner and/or generalist role or program management with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management.
Ability to deal with ambig
uous situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication, coaching, strategic thinking abilities, planning/project management skills and presentation skills.
Fluent in both Japanese and English （both writing and speaking）.
Comfortable working on data and/or process to find a root cause, monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of the actions
Capability to handle data, conducting analysis based on data （qualitative and quantitative） and making proposal for solution
Experience working in a high－tech, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring strong project management abilities.
