The Communications, Media ＆ Technology （CMT） Operating Group supports the Communications Industry, Electronics and High Tech, and Media and Entertainment industries. CMT Technology Consulting are delivering large－scale, complex programs that combine processes with technology. Technology consultants are professionals who have an interest in how business processes work and interact. They are based on deep industry insights and technical expertise （IoT, Mobility, Big Data, Analytics） that helps clients across all industries achieve growth, efficiency and manage a successful transformation as they adopt the tools of a digital business. They apply their skills in innovating, re－engineering and implementing technology for process and organizational change that enable clients to become high performance businesses. Technology consultants specialize in the design, development, integration and delivery of functional and industry solutions and processes for clients increasingly based on cloud platforms and solutions, but also software packages and custom－built systems. Key Responsibilities: • Conducting comprehensive analysis and documentation of as－is and to－be capabilities about business processes, people, technology • Contributing in team to develop technology transformation approaches that add concrete value to the client’s IT and business • Conducting design, development and testing activities at transformation program enabling the new business processes, capabilities and technology solutions • Operating the large－scale transformation program management office and deployment activities and developing related deliverables （planning, management reporting, communication, training, etc.） |

| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 • Minimum bachelor's degree.• 3＋ years of strong telecommunications, media or high technology industry background work experience in a Telecoms/High－Tech company or in the Consulting company • Project delivery or PMO experience will be strong asset • Consulting or functional experience in one or more of the areas like: － PMO experience in complex / large scale system integration project － IT strategy or IT governance implementation • Excellent communication （both written and oral） and interpersonal skills in business Japanese 【歓迎（WANT）】 • Knowledge/experience of cloud Services implementation is preferred, in particular :－ IaaS － PaaS － SaaS • Experience in consulting services sales • Experience in global project which English communication skills was required • Experience in team / project management might be required for some specific positions |
