In line with the Enabling Systems Group objectives, the role holder will:
Maximize the business value of global/local IT initiatives in Enabling Systems business relevant domain, by ensuring effective alignment of IT business application systems to fulfill the business requirements, achieve sustainable operations by means of company IT standard project management ＆ operation methodology.
Serve as focal point for the business area for all IT needs, partnering to understand and anticipate strategic, market and/or operational needs, and translate those needs into effective and/or improved processes and/or technical solutions in collaboration with the associated IT department/groups.
[Role and Responsibilities]
Maximize the business value through ensuring effective alignment of IT systems and sustainable operations.
＊Accountable for the IT projects / initiatives / business application systems in all aspects in terms of system life cycle management, ensuring that Service Management processes are in scope; i.e.
Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Configuration Management. Major projects / initiatives are listed below.
－ Time and attendance management system
－ SAP [sales order and finance area]
＊For enhancing the accountable IT systems or new business requirements, lead the IT planning process, ensuring sound business cases, analyzing key business requirements that support, improve and/or transform business operations and strategy.
＊Develop service transition plans to ensure that delivered solutions are sustainable under the production environment, including controlled hand－over into operational support responsible where necessary.
＊Ensure that the team adheres to all standards under the AZ global IT Policies/Guidelines, quality, and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices.
Develop an environment which fosters a high－performance and innovative organization.
＊Work with global IT teams and preferred third party suppliers to provide strategic and innovative technology solutions aligned with global standards as well as regulatory requirements.
＊Build strong strategic partnerships with the customer groups and senior stakeholders to identify the accurate customer forecasting, demand planning and effective delivery of the IT solutions.
Proven experience of IT project Lead, Deployment, Operation ＆ Maintenance relevant to Enabling Systems of the global companies.
Deploying business analysis techniques to enable business change, or complex systems integration.
Strong engagement, communication and stakeholder management skills, including excellent presentation.
Fundamental knowledge of HR related business/systems, Budgetary Control, Activity Planning/Control, e－Detailing or CRM, based on their mechanism as well as the knowledge of MR business in Commercial domain.
