Own and build a growth engine that boosts the Marketplace business, one of the largest and fastest growing parts of our consumer business. This role will 1） dive deep into one of our biggest growth engines, 2） implement new products to help all sellers continue their business, and 3） develop product strategies to initiate and launch new products that further accelerate our business.
The ideal candidate is a hands－on leader who excels at data driven product management with a proven track record in scaling businesses through automated solutions. She or he must be able to: 1） identify and prioritize what matters most for growing our business, 2） quantify what is working （or not working） focusing on inputs/insights, and 3） own and drive product improvement and new product launches by influencing stakeholders and senior executives around the world.

【歓迎（WANT）】Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance or related field, or equivalent experience
Writing business documents and product requirements in English
Ability to understand strategic business goals, and develop and manage a clear product roadmap to meet those goals
Passion for metrics and quantitative analysis, and ability to turn analysis into product plans
Ability to deal with ambiguity, and respond flexibly to changes, in a very fast paced, international environment
Manage prioritization and trade－offs across customer experience, performance, and operational support load
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Experience managing a registration and/or an identity verification products/programs
Fluent in SQL and at least 1 scripting language
MBA or MS
