Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Lead the business analysis & planning, be heavily involved in the strategic direction and provide accurate & timely information and solution & channels as a strategic business partner. Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve one committed plan, linked to the market mission and strategy. Key Responsibilities: <Focus> ・Specific categories & all channels ・Volume and Value (Gross sales to Std. Margin) , profit maximization and supply & demand optimization ・Sell through status at stores <Reporting / Analysis / Suggestion / Providing insight> ・Operate and improve data & reporting foundation to provide measurement and insight for better decision making ・Identify and modify the problems in daily operation ・Collaborate with Global / APAC Finance and provide necessary information <Planning / Controlling> ・Operate process to develop financial plans and KPI / Target cooperating with business partners ・Especially, IBP(Integrated Business Planning) and disaggregated plans down to category /article / SKU level ・Keep consistency between plans and strategies (company strategy / budget /plan / forecast) ・Improve forecasting accuracy, identify gaps and support its closing to achieve the target <Developing and Leading process> ・Steadily operate business process within the assigned area, and improve it as needed ・Especially monthly demand planning process and PDCA cycle of budget/Forecast (Rolling Forecast and IBP: IntegratedBusiness Planning) / actual <Alignment> ・In the activity written above, communicate counterparts within and outside of the organization to exchange and clarify information ・Facilitate consensus between Channel and Marketing ・Communicate with Supply Chain Management ・In line with strategy / guideline / policy of Global / APAC <Operation> ・Steadily excecute daily operetions following established procedures & processes toward defined target with limited direction from supervisors Identify and correct problems in daily operation of the team Key Relationships: ・Supply Chain Manager and their direct reports ・Sales Managers and their direct reports ・Marketing Senior Managers and their direct reports ・Finance Teams in Global/APAC Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ・Passion for sport ・6 Values Mindset (Courage, Ownership, Innovation, Teamplay, Integrity, Respect) ・Pro-active, collaborative and positive attitude even in changing environments ・Ability to think strategically but also focus on detail and understand how it fits into the bigger picture ・Interpersonal skills to communicate and facilitate cross-functional stakeholders ・Advanced analytical skill and insight ・Advanced knowledge in financial statements (PL, BS and Cashflow) ・Advanced skill in MS Office ・Fluent in Japanese. Intermediate in written English |
