Manager, Paid Media Marketing role is part of the company’s new Data/CRM－driven marketing discipline reporting into the Director of Marketing.
In this role, you will develop and manage plans and strategies to 1） effectively raise the brand awareness, and 2） drive actional traffic to the marketing activations, owned communication channels and/or directly to sales channels （online/offline）, well aligned with the season’s priority products, marketing communication strategies and the target audience.
You’re encouraged to test new marketing channels and turn them into consistent, reliable drivers of actionable traffic, new customers and revenue.
You will use your understanding of incrementality and a customer's total path to conversion to make analytical decisions that generate significant impact to the growth of the overall business.
•Accountable for effectively outreaching, driving actionable traffic and new customer acquisition through online/offline media channels, with clear well balanced objectives and KPIs including but not limited to CAC / CTV / CPI / CPE…etc.
•Identify, explore and rank new acquisition focused marketing opportunities in accordance with the marketing and communication strategy established by Director of Marketing.
•Contribute and Co－work to build up the pillar marketing campaigns / initiatives for the season’s integrated marketing plan and drive in the integrated marketing plan.
•Partner with CRM Manager, Owned media manager, Analytics team, Brand Design Creative teams to fully understand and maximize the consumer’s journey with the company.
•Lead end－to－end campaigns in conjunction with our internal and agency partners, from defining objectives to execution, tracking, optimizing and reporting.
•Accountable for timely and clear communication on budget plan and spend status
【必須（MUST）】•Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media or related area
•Minimum of 6 years hands－on experience of today’s online/offline overall ad media planning and management.
•Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA, and CPM cost models on Google, Facebook and Instagram
•Proven insight in building up the well Brand / Sales balanced planing and execution
•Familiar to Heavy user level of user experience with Google Analytics 360, Datorama and/or similar ad management / analysis / optimization tools
•Business level of English （speaking and writing）
