|部署・役職名||Program Manager, e－commerce business|
This Program Manager （PM） will collaborate across the e－commerce business team and other related teams to drive innovation, new service, ultimate customer experience for further growth of business while achieving sustainable profitability. Managing programs of inter－related projects that support ongoing business and/or technology goals.
The successful candidate must have a strong leadership presence and problem solving skills of ability to dive deep to share analytical insights and action plans as captured in Consumables based on firm analytical evidence, and reporting product performance review documents in routine manner. This PM will also engage cross－functionally with central teams, vendor managers, finance, tech teams, and other global teams in strong collaboration.
【必須（MUST）】· Deep understanding of product management with 5yrs＋ experience in a fast growing high tech companies.
· Software development experience or equivalent tech background.
· Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and thrive in cross－functional teams.
· Experience relying on qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape product decisions and track effectiveness of change.
· Able to provide architectural guidance and direction, strong judgment especially relevant in balancing long term strategic investments with near term business goals.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
· Self－motivated with a great sense of urgency and follow－through.
· Strong verbal and written communications skills in both Japanese and English are a must.
· Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel
· Advanced knowledge and technical skills on SQL and Data Warehouse tools, Excel
【歓迎（WANT）】· Experience working within Consumables retail or consultation role is considered plus
· Experience involved in technical development/implementation is considered plus
· Experience launched brand new business or functions directly impact customer experience is considered plus
