As a Solution Design Manager （Tokyo based） you will hold a very exciting and multi－disciplinary role being the one to build up our B2B business in Japan in terms of the solution design. You are going to integrate our existing cross selling model into the unique Japanese market.
You’ll support our sales managers to provide the best solutions for our clients, take care of the technical project management and strongly cooperate with our headquarters （Berlin based） Integration and Product teams.
What you will do:
•You will be the main contact person for our Japanese project partners in all matters regarding the technical aspects
•You will clarify technical requirements with clients, partners and internal departments
•You will manage the integration of our products （e.g. Plugins, API’s） in the testing－, QA－ and live－environment of our partners
•You are responsible for the technical support of our partners before, during and after the integration of our solutions
•You will be one of our pioneers for the launch in Japan
What you should bring:
•You bring the experience of being in a similar position for at least 5 years
•You are experienced and well versed in the communication and coordination between internal/external stakeholders at all levels
•You have a good understanding of web technologies and process flows
•You have a process－oriented and structured way of working as well as the affinity to work on solutions
•You possess a native level in Japanese and proven knowledge of the Japanese culture and you are fluent in English
•You are flexible to travel on a regular basis
【必須（MUST）】looking for an engineer to implement “One Click” insurance purchase system to PATNER’S website － shopping carts.
The candidate must demonstrate as an excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with our head office in Germany.
•Knowledge of JAVA scripts, HTML, CSS,
•Ability to program and debug in the elementary level of design and build the online store and check out system
•Business level English/Japanese
•2－3 years working as an engineer or equivalent job experiences
Additional requirement and helpful skills:
•Tools, Salesforce, JIRA experiences are plus
•Experiences with ecommerce, especially with shopping cart and check out process and coding
•Knowledge of ecommerce payment transactions and plug ins
•An experiences on the cross cultural project management
•Willing to take an insurance reseller/rep exam in Japan
