－Partner with Japan sales teams, other Product Marketing Managers and cross functional teams to build ＆ activate go－to－market strategies for highest priority product solutions across customers, agencies and partners.
－Identify market opportunities and shape future advertising products by synthesizing market intelligence, and sharing comprehensive knowledge of the market.
－Distill and surface market feedback to product teams for new and existing advertising products
－Educate and inspire sales, partners, and businesses at scale by prioritizing products and solutions for market segments, crafting communications and marketing materials, creating growth plans with defined success metrics, and building and running activations and programs to drive the adoption of solutions or products.
－Position new advertising products and feature enhancements for a market or industry vertical
－Acts as a principal product advisor for the market, identify critical areas of product growth and influence market buy in
－Communicate with leadership internally and externally
【必須（MUST）】－10 or more years of experience with digital marketing
－Demonstrated product marketing experience within web and mobile advertising and experience contributing at strategic, operational and tactical levels
－Excellent organization and people skills and the ability to be flexible and set priorities, problem solving, multitask and work well independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
－Track record of influencing behavior across a variety and at different levels in an organization, including cross－functional managers
－Knowledge of digital marketing, the industry ＆ marketing business challenges
－Experience in developing and driving strategies
－Experience in analytical and solving problems with data
－Customer service orientation, intimacy and experience in a client facing capacity
－Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English － written, verbal and presentation
