・Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across matrix organization to establish and implement the organization’s UX strategy, provide UX recommendations and solutions, and obtain user feedback to meet revenue goals and customer needs.
・Coach and develop collaborators across teams in a manner that fosters high performance and innovation.
・Create, maintain and apply standards and experience guidelines in the organization for all digital touchpoints.
・Innovate on new experiences to help RHQ grow and fuel their businesses.
・Manage user research, including concept testing, usability testing, and analytics.
・Contribute to, and curate, the team’s best practices for human－centered design and design methodologies. Manage the intake process, prioritization, and resource allocation for all UX projects.
・Facilitate design thinking, journey mapping and collaboration workshops to evoke structured brainstorming and alignment across organizations.
・Leverage user data, analytics and business requirements to assist in developing website requirements and user stories.
【必須（MUST）】・At least 8 years’ relevant experience as a UX Strategist and/ or Designer in the digital sphere.
・University educated in a related field, or equivalent level qualification.
・Fluency in best practices for web－based information architecture and design, as well as strong knowledge of usability principles and techniques.
・Capacity to manage multiple work streams at once while delivering the highest quality assets for large scale projects.
・Deep understanding of current design industry best practices; proven record of articulating and executing those practices in recent work experience.
・A portfolio of work demonstrating experience creating human－centered design solutions and showing your ability to turn ideas into a strong and unique creative vision.
・Experience leading design for a variety of form factors including: mobile, desktop, applications, etc.
・Experience leading and delivering full life－cycle design projects, from design strategy through execution.
・Proven ability to work directly with software development managers and business owners to realize your design vision.
・Experience working with demanding clients and working through technologies, competing priorities, and aggressive schedules.
・Strong ability to build relationships across team and organizational levels to help encourage and promote a collaborative environment.
・Ability to choose the appropriate UX methods for the allotted time, budget and project requirements.
・Proficient with standard design tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, InVision （or similar visualization/ prototyping tool）.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
・Experience doing UX in an agile/scrum environment.
・Strong ＆ confident communicator in English, both orally and in writing.
・Fluent Japanese preferred.
・Experience within the prestige brand and/or CPG industry would be advantageous （not mandatory）.
