Representing the marketing function within Japan, you are responsible for － Localise messaging and positioning of marketing materials and programs － Utilising market research and sales intelligence from Japan to develop annual marketing plans, in line with global plans － Execute plans to create awareness － Ensure collection and analysis of metrics to understand the effectiveness of marketing plans － Generate business leads － Coordinate and deliver tools and training to sales team － Lead product launch in Japan － Work with product leads and HQ to monitor effectiveness of product launch － Coordinate and execute all marketing activities both online and offline － Define marketing budget － Collect and summarize competitive analysis within the region － Gather input from customers to provide market analysis to management |
| 応募資格 |
【必須（MUST）】 － Marketing experience in Diagnostics or NGS－related or Oncology company－ Fluent English and Japanese skills are required to work with international colleagues 【歓迎（WANT）】 － Experience working in a small team and fast－paced environment－ Experience reporting directly to APAC or global managers － Understanding of genetic technologies － At least 8 years' of marketing experience － People management experience, 1－3 persons is sufficient |
