| 仕事内容 | Position Purpose •Defining and implementing marketing strategy for the Japanese market •To lead the team in achieving the annual budget for. Job context •The Marketing and Sales Manager reports hierarchically to the Director. •His daily internal contact pattern includes his own team, AP functions both in a matrix structure and on peer level •Operates in a highly competitive Japanese market with many international aspects •This position is a small niche player within the Engineering Plastics Market in Japan •The main product (plastic material) is a unique product only sold by the company with both specific strengths and weaknesses •Marketing strategy is based thorough understanding of the value chain and value chain dynamics Job content •Achieve a thorough understanding of the market structure in the relevant applications like connectors, LED’s, e-motors and non-connector PCB Components. •In cooperation with the relevant Product Manager and regional Application Managers define the target applications per segment. •Define annual budget and targets on project acquisition and commercialisation •Organise the resources (including but not limited to his own team) to execute the budget •Coach his subordinates on managing the Business Development Process. •Control volume, price and margin development within the guidelines set by management. Take corrective action where necessary. •Identify and react to market trends. •Coordinate the international contacts (both internal and external) related to the business •Participate in regional and global strategic meetings. •Be a participant in regional management meetings and actively implement BU initiatives |
