- After the OJT, to move back to Japan and work beside the President of the Company for a certain period of time
- To report to the President, assist him in management responsibility of the operation
- Cooperation and communication with the business units in the group overseas to find new business opportunities for their products in Japan
- To drive and foster strong teamwork spirits among employees and heighten their motivation levels
- To deepen close relationships with existing customers
- To plan and implement innovative business plans and strategies within the company’s global framework
- To fully take over the presidency of the Company (potential)
