| 仕事内容 | Job Purpose: • To be responsible for the successful development and implementation of projects and / or responsible for a large number of smaller tasks or projects Reports to: • IT PMO Head Key Accountabilities: • The PM will be supporting the Finance, HR, Compliance / IT areas (back office) • Manages individual projects or areas of activity / systems supporting agreed Business and strategies • Ensure that the overall design integrity, quality, integration, user acceptance, audit, and all activities related to the implementation of the Project as a whole are in place • Create, maintain and manage a detailed project plan for all key components and dependencies of the Project Ensure that all components have valid up to date plans, and are aligned at all times, and that interdependencies are identified and committed • Allocation of resources within Project to maximize functional effectiveness • Lead and develop team to ensure effective delivery of project (including Contractors) • Reports Project Plans, progress, status, issues and actions to Management as agreed • The implementation and active use of change, risk and quality procedures • The maintenance of good channels of communication with all stakeholders, build long term good working relationships Measures: • Allocated Projects delivered on time, on budget, on specification • All project plans delivered within ALJ IT methodology • Lifecycle documentation produced for each project in line with Company standards • Actively manages risks, issues and dependencies relating to the project, escalating where necessary • Using assigned resources effectively and efficiently to deliver • Delivery focused team with the relevant skills required • Team capability increased year on year • Robust Objectives & PDP’s in place for all employees • Timely and accurate reporting to CIO Office & Project Control Office in the agreed format and appropriate use of upward referral to resolve issues • Changes are signed-off and delivered with minimum slippage on project plans • Efficiency and scalability of systems solutions are fit for purpose • Feedback from manager and business partners • SCOPE scores increase year on year |
