JOB SUMMARY: Provide support, direction, and consultation for employee and management-focused policies, programs, services to enhance the organizations performance consistent with Respect, Responsibility and Results. Provides direction to senior management on HR strategy and policy. II. RESPONSIBILITIES: % of Time Essential/Non-Essential Activity 45% E Execute HR related services, programs and/or initiatives including compensation, benefits, safety, security, training, organizational development, employee relations and recruiting. Based on Corporate programs and procedures, review, develop and/or modify as needed to meet local employment laws. Develop and provide local training and information. Work with staff and leadership on all HR related matters. 15% E Develop, monitor and manage assigned General Affairs projects, including but not limited to office planning, car lease and corporate cell phone, external vendor management (facilities, maintenance, etc.) 10% E Manage the annual performance management, merit increase, bonus, and equity award process. Work in conjunction with corporate office as needed. Develop and provide local information/training as needed. Ensure all activities are completed according to established timeline. 10% E Oversee and implement programs and policies designed to protect the Company and employee interests in accordance with Company policies and local laws and regulations. Work with external legal counsel and other resources as needed to ensure local Work Rules are maintained, ratified, and re-filed according to established processes. 10% E Work with corporate and local senior management team on organizational development, succession planning, and strategic planning. Mentors senior management with respect to human relations and managing staff. 5% E Develop, track and maintain HR and General Affairs related budgets. Provide related reports and information as requested. 5% N Performs other related duties as assigned. 100% TOTAL |
