| 仕事内容 | 【職務概要/募集目的】 It is responsible for leading a team of qualified trade craftsmen and other resources to drive exceptional regulatory and quality assurance, for optimized services for the protection of people and assets. Also, it will develop, execute, maintain and exercise corporate business continuity plans (BCPs); provide training, technical guidance and management leadership and will command / manage crises with cross-functional business and community teams, utilizing the existing Security and Crisis Manage 【職務内容】 -Ensuring ours and regulatory EHS, life safety and building code compliance -Driving customer service and work completion based on priorities set by customers (main focus of Maintenance is Manufacturing related to safety, throughput equipment, lean mfg projects, Periodic Maintenance (PM), improvement projects and administrative area moves). -Maintaining all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems -Maintaining facilities equipment such as fire protection, elevators, water, compressed air, and outside grounds (including snow removal, landscaping, etc) -Maintaining and generating procedures for preventative maintenance and work tasks -Planning, scheduling, forecasting, and balancing department workload -Managing facilities projects for cost, schedule, safety and quality -Maintaining facilities budget and warranty programs, and improving base costs including energy cost reductions -Managing and leading the Emergency Preparedness and Fire Prevention Element #11 program -Responsible for Lock Out Tag Out Element #21 program -Serving as local Crisis Management Leader, Security Leader, and liaison for Indirect Sourcing -Ensuring consistent operating procedures and policies for the facility -Reporting on maintenance accomplishments in the areas of safety corrective actions and improvements, PM’s, repair work orders, and improvement projects -Conducting business impact analysis (BIA), and developing business continuity management (BCM) plans that address the following: Emergency Response Plans (ERP), Crisis Management Plans (CMP), Crisis Communications Plans (CCP - in conjunction with Communications) Business Continuity Plans (BCP), and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP - in conjunction with Information Management) -Managing our Corporate and our Healthcare SCM metrics scorecard to ensure our HC goals are met and to continually improve the SCM preparedness of all our HC sites and the overall our HC business. \Conducting ongoing monitoring and audits to assess the current readiness of each business site to deal with a variety of potential crisis situations, including reviewing existing security/CM processes, identify gaps and plans to close. This includes assessment for all new locations. -Leading/Supporting Corporate Regional Disaster Preparedness and Recovery activities for natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes and pandemics -Ensuring implementation of global communication process to notify of alerts/emergencies/ needed actions, including maintaining periodic written and oral communications to all employees and senior management to keep overall process in clear view of the local operations and senior management groups. This includes timely and ongoing communication with governmental agencies to support overall our HC readiness. -Developing exercise simulation scenarios to test the various Corporate and Site Crisis Plans. -Driving use of digitized tools to support the our HC SCM program.
