| 仕事内容 | The role encompasses all financial management and Human Resources for Japan. This will involve a large degree of liaison and co-ordination with the US Head office accounts team, Directors and the Human Resources department. This person will report to the Vice President of the Japan office and also work closely with counterparts in the USA to facilitate company policy. As the human resources manager, he / she will be responsible for the leadership and management for the human resources organization, programs and services including strategic planning, policy development and administration, staffing, training and development, employee and labor relations, benefits, compensation, payroll, human resource information systems. He / she will also be responsible for ensuring company compliance with current, applicable labor laws. As such this person will need to be organized, tidy, and be able to multi-task. Financial Controller Work Contents • Production of Management Accounts • Financial Reporting, both within Japan and to US on monthly, quarterly and annual basis • Managing the Japan budget • Forecasting and creation of financial plans • Full participation in team meetings • Ability to make presentations at senior level • Experience with Japan tax reporting and accounting • Experience to work with US and JP B/S and OpEx and currency conversion between the two • Salary payments for staff • In charge of all payments made by the subsidiary to vendors and arranging cash forecasts, money transfers from head office in a timely fashion. • To maintain the highest level of secrecy regarding employees’ and company records, both written and oral. Human Resource Manager Work Contents • Handling of all employee contracts • Submitting all required personnel paperwork to head office and local authorities • Salary and expense payments to staff • Sensitive to staff issues and problems. • Handling of foreign employee set-up requirements such as local visas, housing contracts, utilities, and so on. • Implement and oversee human resource policies within Japan. • Coordinating with recruitment companies and company managers on the hiring process • To maintain the highest level of secrecy regarding employees’ records, both written and oral. • Proactive and approachable. |
