仕事内容 - Achieve current and long-range objectives in country by managing and taking the lead in developing, implementing and maintaining effective business controls and reporting processes
- Ensure a smooth process and that objectives are delivered in association with the Regional Business Unit, Business Operations and Marketing and Sales Managers
- Take the lead in negotiations and cost controls for transferred goods and services
- Contribute to the bidding strategy and proposal development for major procurements
- Oversee implementation of sound program management practices in all key projects
- Develop and lead activities which will increase and enhance divisional autonomy
- Develop sales strategies and forecast sales volumes for all products and services in Japan’s domestic market
- Prepare and implement budget and 5-year-plan, country strategy, business plan and business management
- Undertake market intelligence to compile market general data and trends for management reporting
- Decide on an organization, within Company guidelines, with emphasis on quality, cost control, safety and environment
- Work closely with the management team in Singapore and Corporate Headquarters on business operations and product/services offerings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in Japan
