This role will report directly to the Head of HR and will play a key role in driving both the strategic and tactical people efforts required to grow the business and make it successful. You will provide hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves consulting and coaching with the business across the entire HR value chain from recruit, retain, and release and continuously build strong relationships and partnerships with the business. This is not a role where you are expected to be a "police" or someone who tells the business "what it can't do" but instead, this is a role for someone who can effectively muster his/her creativity, innovation, and "can-do" spirit to drive business growth and success! |
