| 仕事内容 | This position is responsible for developing the SMB software market in APJ, the goal is increasing third-party software revenue and profit in the SMB market. Works with SMB Sales, Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Sales Operations & Business Planning to identify & execute ongoing priorities for software. Quarterly measures of success include achievement of revenue, gross margin targets. Principal Responsibilities Product leadership: • Software BDM will own the software business. Work with in-country sales leaders and regional GMs to develop and execute business plan with focus on software alliance partners. • Identify categories, vendors, etc. that drive revenue and margin and work closely with alliances team to onboard such vendors. • Identify best practices and replicate quickly across region. • Create and execute regional strategic initiatives in order to hyper-grow the business by looking for software opportunities in region across SMB Segments. • Work with APJ SMB Sales, Brand Marketing, SMB Marketing & Channel Marketing to identify, set up & run common configurations/bundles at competitive price points to achieve quarterly country printer plan. • Monitor customer & channel partner feedback on Company's & competitors' products & prices. Share same with Brand Marketing & Channel Marketing to determine corrective action as necessary. • Plan & execute periodical product trainings & new product launches internally for SMB Sales & externally for channel partners. • Serve as domain expert for SMB Sales on all software product & operational matters. Internal/external people engagement • Participate in scheduled weekly/monthly/quarterly interlock meetings with all internal stakeholders mentioned above. • Drive software specific & support SMB-generic demand generation campaigns & events. Operational excellence • Monitor software financial & operational metrics on daily/weekly basis to identify short-term performance gaps/opportunities. Define 'critical few' printer focused programs/activities/ initiatives and report progress on weekly basis. • Work with Brand Marketing & Finance to support special pricing approvals for SMB Direct & SMB Channel opportunities on day-to-day basis. |
