仕事内容 Theatre Lead – Role & Responsibilities

 Develop regional communication plan for the localization and deployment of collateral and tools produced by Field Enablement Team (includes Services Guides, At a Glance, PowerPoint presentations, e-learning modules, Proposal content).
 Engage with Theatre sponsors in Field Marketing and Field Sales organizations to obtain buy-in and local Subject Matter Experts & metrics support.
 Engage with Field Enablement Global Program Managers to participate in definition of Global Programs, providing specific information regarding the region such as localization requirements, synergy with regional services sales and marketing initiatives.
 Engage with relevant regional Services Directors and VPs to ensure buy-in from the Services Delivery organization on a regional basis, and also to gain their support for program roll-out.
 Engage with regional members of the Technical Services Business Development Field team for additional guidance on regional developments and requirements.
 Localize appropriate parts of the programs (collateral etc) to tailor documents to local conditions, in English, and manage translation process, metrics collection and reporting.
 Plan yearly budget, for localization, translation and deployment of Field Enablement Program collateral within the region.
 Manage budget on Quarterly basis, ensuring committed figures are used and billed on time.
 Plan metrics definitions around Field Enablement collateral, ensure metrics collection and reporting.
 Use metrics feedback and anecdotal feedback to communicate potential improvements to rest of Field Enablement team.
 Through extensive relationship building in the region, explore ways of improving the communication process to the Cisco field, and its partners for the deployment of Field Enablement Program collateral.


Theatre Lead – Expertise & Attributes

 Prefer high tech services with a large global corporation, working within a sizeable geographically dispersed team. Experience in working with remote teams is a must.
 Proven success within fast-paced, results-driven environments.
 Ability to quickly establish trusting relationships in a complex organizational structure
 Outstanding education credentials (BSc/BA degree or equivalent, additional marketing degree a plus).
 5-7 years in senior communications program management roles
 Able to work with little supervision and integrate within a virtual team
 Experience designing and developing communications collateral for a large, global organization
 Demonstrated experience in working with Sales teams or channel organizations to influence through communications
 Working knowledge of latest corporate communication formats and technologies including intranet, (and websites), electronic presentations IPTV, voice video, newsletters, roundtables, conferencing, etc.
 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation content and delivery skills.
 Ability to build relationships, trust and credibility from the outset
 Highly collaborative approach - a team player mentality is critical
 Participative style, with a bias toward communication and participative decision making
 Quick study with high energy and stamina
 Process oriented and extremely familiar with communications process methodologies
 Problem solver
